Patient Teaching
I instructed patients on how to move the IV pump with them when they wanted move about the room.
This instruction kept the patient safe from harm, and kept the IV site intact.
Personal Reflection
This course has been a great experience overall. I again learned a lot of knowledge about adult patients and their needs. I had the opportunity of inserting and IV and preformed the skill well, and I will keep building on all the hands on skills I have preformed so far.
